Description 
If the ballot to approve WS-Federation v1.2 CD03 February 2009 as a Committee Specification is successful (http://www.oasis-open.org/apps/org/workgroup/wsfed/ballot.php?id=1661), does the TC then request to have the specification submitted to OASIS membership for OASIS Standard vote? 

This vote requires at least 2/3 of all WSFED TC voting members to vote in the affirmative.
