If the ballot to approve WS-Discovery v1.1 as a Committee Specification is successful (http://www.oasis-open.org/apps/org/workgroup/ws-dd/ballot.php?id=1684), does the Technical Committee (TC) then request to have the specification submitted to OASIS membership for OASIS Standard vote?
This Specification Approval Motion includes a Designated Cross-Reference Change per Section 2.19 of the OASIS TC Process document to the following specifications:
SOAP-over-UDP v1.1 Committee Draft 03

Expected approval status: OASIS Standard expected date: 31 July 2009.
