This ballot is to adopt the logo designed and contributed to the TC by Oliver Walthard as the official CMIS logo. Since an adopted logo will represent the TC and its work products in the public, a full-majority vote is needed to approve the adoption. That is, a "yes" vote by a majority of the voting members is needed. Not voting and voting "abstain" have the same effect as voting "no". If adopted, a boiler-plate statement will be associated with the logo, claiming trademark, imposing usage conditions, and disclaiming certification of compliance. |
