If the ballot to approve XSPA Profile of WS-Trust for Healthcare CD06 as a Committee Specification is successful (http://www.oasis-open.org/apps/org/workgroup/xspa/ballot.php?id=1934), does the XSPA Technical Committee then request to have the specification submitted to OASIS membership for OASIS Standard vote?
