Title Survey for prospective F2F meeting/plugfest
Description 
This is a survey for a prospective face-to-face TC meeting/plug-fest, to be held tentatively for 3 days in May of this year, probably from Tuesday to Thursday to allow travel from afar. Exact dates are TBD, but the week of May 30th, which is a holiday in the US, will be avoided. SAP has kindly offered to host the event in Walldorf, Germany, and Microsoft has kindly offered to host it in Redmond, Washington. We hope to maximize member-organization participation. Please indicate your likelihood to attend (albeit subject to management approval). Feel free to use the comment field for suggestion or any constraint you may have. You may revise your input when you learned more about your likelihood.
