Shall the KMIP TC adopt the new rule proposed by Bob Griffin and Subhash Sankuratripati in “Proposal for new TC rule” posted 31-Aug-2011, such that “No motion for any addition, deletion or modification to the KMIP Specification shall be accepted unless any KMIP Usage Guide addition, deletion or modification required in support of the change to the KMIP Specification has been defined and included in the same or an accompanying ballot.”
