Shall the KMIP TC adopt the changes to the KMIP Specification related to conformance language (Section 12) and authentication (Section 10), as proposed by Bob Griffin in “Proposal for changes to authentication and conformance language in KMIP Spec” (kmip spec authentication and conformance proposal 3oct11.pdf) posted 3-Oct-2011 ?
