Date for second day of F2F

Should we hold the second day of our next F2F meeting on March 15?

We had planned to have our next F2F on the afternoon of March 14 and the day of March 15. Subsequently Jeremy Grant has scheduled an all day NSTIC community governance meeting on March 15. This is a conflict for a number of people, so there was a request to move the second day of our F2F to March 16.
