What is the best way for the TC to receive SC reports?
We had a proposal last meeting to limit SC reports to 1 per month (http://lists.oasis-open.org/archives/xliff/201203/msg00007.html). The proposal did not receive a second. So I will (for now) conduct a non-binding ballot to see where the group stands on this issue. The proposal can still be formally proposed, seconded, and followed by a binding ballot at any time of course. But perhaps this non-binding ballot will prepare us to most efficiently use TC time to discuss the topic.
Also I'm thinking that moving the SC reports to after the XLIFF 2.0 technical work agenda item could help.
1) Continue to have each SC report at each TC meeting
2) Limit each SC to one-per-month reports at TC meetings
3) Moving the SC reports, as described above satisfies me
