Approve "Using EMIX 1.0 to support Transactive Energy Markets" as a Committee Note

Do members of the OASIS EMIX TC approve "Using EMIX 1.0 to support Transactive Energy Markets" [1] with the designated cross reference changes [2] as a Committee Note?

This ballot requires a Special Majority Vote [3]. The TC roster currently lists 10 voting members. In order to pass, at least 4 members have to vote Yes and no more than 3 members may vote No.
