Which of the following approaches for the KMIP TC charter do you prefer?

Please indicate which of the three choices below you prefer. Current KMIP charter is available at https://www.oasis-open.org/committees/kmip/charter.php

Option 1: no change to current charter. We would exclude server-to-server (both enterprise and cloud), key migration (again, both enterprise and cloud) and client registration from the next next and possibly subsequent versions of KMIP.

Option 2: revise KMIP TC charter to remove the following bullet from the “out-of-scope” items: “Certain areas of functionality related to key management are also outside the scope of this technical committee, in particular registration of clients, server-to-server communication and key migration.” This revision of the charter will require a confirmation-of-contribution letter from all current and past KMIP TC member organizations.

Option 3: create a new KMIP TC, adopting KMIP V1.1 documents as contributions, using the current KMIP TC charter minus the bullet containing the out-of-scope items listed in Option 2. Other changes to the charter could also be considered.
