Do members of the Key Management Interoperability Protocol TC approve Key Management Interoperability Protocol Test Cases Version 1.1 CNPRD02 [1] as a Committee Note?
This ballot requires a Special Majority Vote [2]. The TC roster currently lists 34 voting members. In order to pass, at least 23 voting members (2/3 * 34) have to vote Yes and no more than 9 voting members (1/4 * 34) may vote No.

Please note that there was a discrepancy between Kavi's roster count and the number of voters. The actual number of voting members is 36, so *24* positive votes will be required for the ballot to pass.
