Approve AMQP v1.0 as a Committee Specification

Do members of the AMQP Technical Committee approve OASIS AMQP Version 1.0 Committee Specification Draft [1] as a Committee Specification?

This ballot requires a Special Majority Vote [2]. The TC roster currently lists 21 voting members. In order to pass, at least 14 members have to vote Yes and no more than 6 members may vote No.
