At the July 26-27, 2012 face-to-face (F2F) meeting, the TC discussed when to host the 2nd F2F meeting and narrowed down the options to two possible weeks (Oct 15-19, 2012 and Nov 5-9, 2012).

Please indicate which of these weeks you expect to be available for a meeting.

NOTE: If you are available for BOTH weeks, please select both.

Based on your preferences, the TC will soon discuss and determine when to host the 2nd F2F meeting, who will host, and where.
