Continue submitting Tag Assertions Model v1.0 COS01 to OASIS membership

Do you approve continuing with the submission of Test Assertions Model V1.0 COS01 [1] to the OASIS membership for consideration for OASIS Standard?

The Test Assertions Model Version 1.0 COS01 completed its 60 day public review and received comments. The TC has determined that the comments require no changes to the current Committee Specification. The log of the comments and their resolution can be found at https://www.oasis-open.org/committees/download.php/46830/TAG-model-COS-comment-log.xls.

Do you approve continuing with the submission of Test Assertions Model Version 1.0 COS01 to the OASIS membership for consideration as a Candidate OASIS Standard?

Passing this ballot will result in an OASIS membership ballot being started to consider approving the Candidate OASIS Standard. The ballot requires that 15% of the OASIS member companies vote in favor. If less than 15% vote in favor or if more than 25% vote against, the ballot will fail. There are currently 317 OASIS member companies (although this number may change before the ballot). Using this number, at least 48 companies must vote in favor to pass and no more than 80 may vote against it.

This is explained in TC Process section 3.4.3, Balloting for OASIS Standard approval [2].
