Title 2013 Steering Committee Election
Description 
Select one candidate to serve on the OSLC Steering Committee.  The candidate receiving the most votes will win the election and hold the elected seat until the 2014 election.  This ballot will close at the stated deadline, unless a quorum of 8 votes is received.
