The members of the TC approved requesting a Special Majority Vote to approve rechartering the TC on 22 August 2013. Do members of the Technical Committee now approve rechartering the TC under the revised charter attached below? (See the attached red-lined version of the charter in order to see the specific changes.)
This ballot requires a Special Majority Vote. The TC roster currently lists 31 voting members. In order to pass, at least 21 members (2/3 x 31) have to vote Yes and no more than 7 (1/4 x 31) members may vote No.
