Do you ratify and confirm the TC's vote to submit ebXML Business Process Specification Schema Technical Specification v2.0.4 [1] to ISO TC 154 and send the request to the OASIS Board President?

This ballot requires a Special Majority Vote. The TC roster currently lists 5 voting members. In order to pass, at least 4 (2/3x 5) members have to vote Yes and no more than 1 (1/4 x 5) members may vote No.

Amendment Posted on Monday, 7 July 2014:
I removed Dale Moberg from the list of eligible voters as he was not eligible at the time it was created. (He no longer works for Axway.) This makes the roster 4 voting members. In order to pass, at least 3 must vote in favor and no more than 1 may vote against.
