Title Procedure for approval of minutes
Description 
A yes vote will approve a procedure wherein the minutes of our meetings will be considered approved without the need of a motion and vote unless participants object to them or sumbit corrections.  

This will eliminate the need for posting an online ballot in order to approve meeting minutes.
