Approve PKCS #11 Cryptographic Token Interface Base Specification v2.40 with Non-Material Changes as CS02

Do you approve PKCS #11 Cryptographic Token Interface Base Specification v2.40 [1] with Non-Material Changes [2] and Designated Cross Reference Changes [3] as Committee Specification 02?

This ballot requires a Special Majority Vote [4]. The TC roster currently lists 19 voting members. In order to pass, at least 13 members have to vote Yes and no more than 4 members may vote No.
