I move that:
The TC agrees to resolve the following specification issue:
VIRTIO-123: VIRTIO_NET_HDR_F_DATA_VALID missing in spec
--------------------------------------
VIRTIO_NET_HDR_F_DATA_VALID is not documented.
May need to document it in the spec, non GRO traffic could benefit from this
--------------------------------------
The TC accepts the following proposed changes to the specification:
--------------------------------------

[PATCH v2] network device: xmit/receive cleanup
Fix up multiple issues in xmit/receive sections:
- drop MAY/MUST/SHOULD outside normative statements
- spell out conformance requirements for both drivers and
devices, for xmit and receive paths
- document the missing VIRTIO_NET_HDR_F_DATA_VALID
- document handling of unrecognized flag bits so we can extend
flags in the future, similar to VIRTIO_NET_HDR_F_DATA_VALID
--------------------------------------
The TC agrees to include the above change(s) in specification version(s) "virtio 1.0 cs03", and future versions of the
specification.
--------------------------------------
Reminder: A Voting Member must be active in a TC to maintain voting rights. As
the Virtio TC has adopted a standing rule to conduct business only by
electronic ballot, without Meetings, a Voting Member who fails to cast a ballot
in two consecutive Work Product Ballots loses his or her voting rights at the
close of the second ballot missed.
