Do you approve DocBook Version 5.1 CSPRD02 [1] as a Committee Specification?

This ballot requires a Special Majority Vote [2]. The TC roster currently lists 4 voting members. In order to pass, at least 3 members have to vote Yes and none may vote No.

On 9/25, the list of eligible voters was updated to include Scott Hudson. The ballot now has 5 eligible voters so at least 4 have to vote yes to pass and no more than 1 can vote no.

On 9/25, the list of eligible voters was updated to included Jiri Kosek. The ballot now has 6 eligible voters. The thresholds are unchanged.
