Poll to identify a set of Jira issues for the MQTT TC to work on. 

The question "Which Jira issues are you prepared to work on?" aims to gauge which Jira issues MQTT TC members are prepared to work on actively and contribute to. 

Each MQTT TC *member* may select up to 10 issues in this poll. You do not have to be a voting member to participate, however you should be prepared to work on the selected issues.
