Approve DocBook V5.1 with Non-Material Changes as a CS?

Do you approve DocBook Version 5.1 CSPRD02 [1] with additional Non-Material Changes [2] as a Committee Specification?

This ballot requires a Special Majority Vote [3]. The TC roster currently lists 6 voting members. In order to pass, at least 4 members (2/3 x 6) have to vote Yes and no more than 1 may vote No.
