1) The TC requests creation of a JIRA Instance for Comments Management
2) The TC instructs it's officers to work with OASIS Admin to set up the requested JIRA instance

[Rationale]
We need an issue management system for the upcoming public reviews as managing through wiki proved VERY cumbersome.
I will request an XLIFF 2.1 JIRA Project if the TC can own more than one JIRA Project, otherwise we would need to use the one JIRA for everything.. [dF] |
