Dear OpenC2 TC members,
Although there were no objections from the attendees of the August 16th OpenC2 TC meetings, we were unable to approve the minutes from the July 13th TC meeting due to not achieving quorum.
An electronic ballot is now open until September 1st.
a. Vote - Yes to approve the minutes
b. Vote - No if you don't approve
c. Abstain
