WD07 was presented to the OpenC2 TC for review and approval at the 20 June 2018 TC meeting, and the Language Subcommittee recommends its approval as a CSD. The balance of the Language Specification (to include portions marked TBSL and TBD in this version) will be provided in subsequent Working Drafts.

The Markdown (MD) version of the specification will be designated as authoritative.
