OData JSON Format Version 4.01 COS01, OData Common Schema Definition Language (CSDL) JSON Representation V4.01 COS01, and OData Common Schema Definition Language (CSDL) XML Representation V4.01 COS01 received comments during the 60-day public review that ended on 07 April 2020.
In keeping with TC Process section 2.8.2 Public Review of a Candidate OASIS Standard (https://www.oasis-open.org/policies-guidelines/tc-process-2017-05-26#OSpublicRev), the editors have prepared working drafts to address these changes [1], [2], [3]. The editors affirm that:
(a) The working drafts contain changes from the Candidate OASIS Standards 01;
(b) The changes are documented in https://www.oasis-open.org/committees/download.php/66965/odata-v4.01-cos02-comment-resolution-log-2020-04-09.xlsx;
(c) The changes are Non-Material; and
(d) The changes were made ONLY to address the comments received during the public review period.
Passing this ballot will result in the working drafts being published as Candidate OASIS Standards 02 followed by an OASIS membership call for consent.
This ballot requires a Special Majority Vote. The TC roster currently lists 10 voting members. In order to pass, at least 7 (2/3 x 10) members have to vote Yes and no more than 2 (1/4 x 10) members may vote No.
