WD 04 was posted to OASIS on 15 September 2020. The co-chairs of the Implementation Consideration Subcommittee have recommended that the OpenC2 TC approve this version as CSD02, in keeping with the TC's incremental approach to specification development. As version WD04 is also being used in ongoing "virtual plug fest" activities, the WD / CSD will be frozen until the end of October 2020 to provide a stable reference document for plugfest participants.
