1) Do you approve this draft as OASIS Committee Specification Draft (CSD)? (See section 2.5 of OASIS TC Process).
2) Do you approve conducting a Public Review (PR) for this CSD?
(See section 2.6 of OASIS TC Process).
3) If there are no comments, during this PR, do you agree with initiating a ballot to approve the CSD as an OASIS Committee Specification (See section 2.7 of OASIS TC Process).
(If there are comments, the TC first needs to review them).
