Do members of the OASIS XML Localisation Interchange File Format (XLIFF) TC wish to approve the clarification of the TC charter contained in https://lists.oasis-open.org/archives/xliff/202102/msg00002.html?
This ballot requires a Special Majority Vote. The TC roster currently lists 4 voting members. In order to pass, at least 3 (2/3 x 4) members have to vote Yes and no more than 1 (1/4 x 4) members may vote No.
