Do members of the Open Command and Control (OpenC2) TC wish to approve the clarification of the TC charter?

The red-lined clarification of the OpenC2 TC being presented is contained in https://www.oasis-open.org/committees/document.php?document_id=68268&wg_abbrev=openc2. Do you now approve this charter?

This ballot requires a Special Majority Vote. The TC roster currently lists 22 voting members. In order to pass, at least 15 (2/3 x 22) members have to vote Yes and no more than 5 (1/4 x 22) members may vote No.
