Do members of the OASIS Open Document Format for Office Applications (OpenDocument) TC wish to approve the corrected clarification of the TC charter described below?

The revised charter approved on 05 May 2021 did not include the IPR Mode. The IPR Mode is a critical component of the charter and so the ballot must be re-run.
This ballot requires a Special Majority Vote. The TC roster currently lists 8 voting members. In order to pass, at least 6 (2/3 x 8) members have to vote Yes and no more than 2 (1/4 x 8) members may vote No.
