One comment asked for a clarification however the issue has not been
fully clarified. As the affected text was not changed in 1.2
it seems safe to defer the resolution until the issue is clearer.

advancement of the draft csd01 with above aditorial changes
as a Committee Specification.

Reminder: A Voting Member must be active in a TC to maintain voting rights. As
the Virtio TC has adopted a standing rule to conduct business only by
