Do members of the CTI TC approve submitting STIX Version 2.1 and TAXII Version 2.1 OASIS Standard [1] to ITU-T Study Group 17 under these Terms of Submission [2]?

This ballot requires a Special Majority Vote [3]. The TC roster currently lists 25 voting members. In order to pass, at least 17 members have to vote Yes and no more than 6 members may vote No.

I was notified that there is an additional eligible voter. This brings the total to 26 voting members. The threshold for passing is thus adjusted to 18 voting in favor.

I was notified of 3 additional eligible voters. This brings the total to 29 voting members. The threshold for passing is thus adjusted to 20 voting in favor.
