Assuming that:
a) the SSTC votes YES on the ballot to move the specifications to Committee Draft status, but 

b) the SSTC votes NO on the ballot to immediately submit the specs to OASIS for standardization; 

Then do you further vote to request OASIS to immediately begin a new 30-day Public Review period?
