Ballot is for accepting the 5 items comprising the "Accepting Suggested Translations Proposal". If partially approving, you MUST specify "OTHER" and list which you approve and which you reject. Voting No or Abstain requires a comment.

The list of proposals was garbled due to KAVI stripping out everthing between less-than and greater-than symbols. The correct list of proposals should read as follows.
Proposal 1: Add a type attribute for the alt-trans element.
Proposal 2: Deprecate the use of multiple target elements in a single alt-trans.
Proposal 3: Deprecate the restype attribute for the target element.
Proposal 4: Introduce the phase-name attribute for alt-trans element.
Proposal 5: Introduce a convention: more recent alt-trans elements should appear before older ones.
This ballot will not be aborted or disqualified unless I recieve an objection either before or at the next TC teleconference.
