Title Approve WS-ResourceProperties as Committee Spec., and send 5 specs to OASIS Standard vote?
Description 
Shall the TC 
(a) approve version 1.0 of WS-ResourceProperties, at http://www.oasis-open.org/apps/org/workgroup/wsrf/download.php/16164/wsrf-ws_resource_properties-1.2-spec-pr-02.c.doc, as a Committee Specification, and 
(b) send that spec, as well as the following four, for membership vote as an OASIS Standard?   
  (1) WS-Resource, at http://www.oasis-open.org/apps/org/workgroup/wsrf/download.php/15484/wsrf-ws_resource-1.2-spec-pr-02.b.doc;  
  (2) WS-ResourceLifetime, at http://www.oasis-open.org/apps/org/workgroup/wsrf/download.php/15538/wsrf-ws_resource_lifetime-1.2-spec-pr-02.c.doc; 
  (3) WS-BaseFaults, at http://www.oasis-open.org/apps/org/workgroup/wsrf/download.php/15536/wsrf-ws_base_faults-1.2-spec-pr-02.a.doc
  (4). WS-ServiceGroup, at http://www.oasis-open.org/apps/org/workgroup/wsrf/download.php/15892/wsrf-ws_service_group-1.2-spec-pr-02.b.doc ?
