Description

This case study, from the SWWS EU Integrated Project IST-2002-37134, is based on a Virtual Internet Service Provider (VISP). VISP is an enterprise that provides internet services to its clients without necessarily owning any of the underlying infrastructure. In particular, the case study is concerned with problem handling for service provisioning in the telecom industry.
The document describes OWL ontologies for telecommunications based on eTOM and SID specifications from the industry-based TeleManagement Forum. It also contains an example OWL-S description for one of the service required for the case study.
