Description

Full text of the question: Do you approve advancing OASIS AMQP 1.0 OASIS Standard to an International Standard via the ISO/IEC Joint Technical Committee 1 PAS (Publicly Available Specification)Transposition Process and submitting the request to the OASIS Board President via the OASIS AMQP Member Section Steering Committee (once they approve)? This ballot requires a Special Majority Vote. The TC roster currently lists 16 voting members. In order to pass, at least 11 (2/3 x 16) members have to vote Yes and no more than 4 (1/4 x 16) members may vote No. -- Background Since the approval of AMQP 1.0 as an OASIS Standard (October 2012), the AMQP Technical Committee has been evaluating various international standards organizations, in an effort to advance AMQP 1.0 to an International Standard status.
