Description

This ballot requires a Special Majority Vote. The TC roster currently lists 7 voting members. In order to pass, at least 5 (2/3x 7) members have to vote Yes and no more than 1 (1/4 x 7) members may vote No. [1] OASIS ebXML Messaging Services Version 3.0: Core Features (approved October 2007): https://www.oasis-open.org/standards#ebxmlmsgv3 Amendment Posted on Monday, 7 July 2014: I removed Dale Moberg from the list of eligible voters as he was not eligible at the time it was created. (He no longer works for Axway.) This makes the roster 6 voting members. In order to pass, at least 4 must vote in favor and no more than 2 may vote against.
