Description

This ballot requires a Special Majority Vote [2]. The TC roster currently lists 8 voting members. In order to pass, at least 5 members have to vote Yes and no more than 2 members may vote No. Note that the only changes made to the last publicly reviewed draft of the specification are cover-page changes under the control of TC Administration. For that reason, approval with Non-Material Changes is not required.
