KDF Proposal as approved on Sep 7, 2016. ZIP file contains the word document with change tracks and the clean PDF file.

For the final version, I suggest to replace CKD_..._KDF_SP800 by CKD_..._KDF_SP800_56A , to avoid confusion with constants CKM_SP800_108_... in Darren’s Flexible KDF proposal.
