Updated section 4.1 for namespace conventions
 Deleted namespace Alias in this spec
 Clarified “tosca_definitions_version” keyword shall comply with the usage in [TOSCA-Simple-Profile-YAML]

Defined the new namespace prefix in section 4.1.1.

Updated the namespace prefix for all the definitions in this spec.

Updated the “tosca_definitions_version” keyword in the examples.
