Do you approve http://tools.oasis-open.org/version-control/browse/wsvn/xliff/trunk/xliff-21/cos02.zip as Candidate OASIS Standard 02 (replacing COS01) and submitting this COS to the OASIS membership for consideration for OASIS Standard? XLIFF Version 2.1 COS01 [1] completed its 60 day public review and received comments [2]. The TC has made changes to the Candidate OASIS Standard to address these comments. In accordance with section 3.4.2, ‘Public Review of a Candidate OASIS Standard’ of the OASIS TC Process [3], the TC affirms that: (a) The Working Draft of XLIFF Version 2.1 contained in http://tools.oasis-open.org/version-control/browse/wsvn/xliff/trunk/xliff-21/cos02.zip contains changes from Candidate OASIS Standard 02 (http://docs.oasis-open.org/xliff/xliff-core/v2.1/cos01/xliff-core-v2.1-cos01.html); (b) The changes are documented in http://docs.oasis-open.org/xliff/xliff-core/v2.1/cos01/xliff-core-v2.1-cos01-comment-resolution-log.pdf; (c) The changes are Non-Material; and (d) The changes were made ONLY to address the comments received during the public review period. Passing this ballot will result in the publishing of Candidate OASIS Standard 02 and an OASIS membership ballot to consider approving it as an OASIS Standard. This ballot requires a Special Majority Vote. The TC roster currently lists 6 voting members.
