PKCS #11 Cryptographic Token Interface Base Specification V3.0, PKCS #11 Cryptographic Token Interface Current Mechanisms Specification V3.0, PKCS #11 Cryptographic Token Interface Historical Mechanisms Specification V3.0, and PKCS #11 Cryptographic Token Interface Profiles V3.0 [1] all have Non-Material Changes [2]. This ballot requires a Special Majority Vote [3]. The TC roster currently lists 16 voting members.
