Description

This document is WD08 of the OpenC2 HTTPS Transfer Specification, and represents the second step toward creating CS02, by reorganizing the document to the OASIS 2020 template. This version is the starting point for resolving open issues against the specification to create the next version (either v1.0 CS02, or v1.1 CS01 [TBR]).
