Description

This link (http://dcml.blogspot.com) contains the usecases for DCML & CMDB. Considering that ITIL is in early stages of adoption within the US, it was felt that this document should be interactive with pointers to authoritative sources, as required. Further, given the number of questions that usually arise around ITIL and CMDB, I have placed the content on a blog, so as to make it a collaborative effort and capture all discussions on this topic at one location, for future reference.
