This publicly accessible document overviews the design of the first piece of centralied infrastructure being undertaken under the New Zealand All-of-government authentication programme. More detailed specifications underpin this overview.
The interest for e-Gov TC members in this document is likely to be in the area of privacy considerations. Users control their key/s (e.g username/password). These are not known to, nor shared amongst government agencies, since the GLS authenticates the user and sends a modified key to the government agency to make a unique user/modified key/agency combination.
