3.3.2.3 Character offsets (Line 622) Discussed and agreed that it's
      okay to use Unicode characters as the character offsets, and
      float seconds for time offsets (the latter is used for time
      offsets in GALE).

3.3.4 Source Document Information. (Figure 17, line 758) Add more
    detail about source document vs. logical document; remove
    lastSegment attribute; include an example of how to extend SDI to
    add other attributes for a specific implementation
    (e.g. lastSegment).

3.6.2.1 Identification Information. Need to add more detail on what we
      mean by "unique", and what the implications are if uniqueness if
      violated. Thomas will move the text from his comment in the
      draft to a footnote. Symbolic Name, Name and Version are
      required, the other attributes are optional (Description,
      Vendor, URL).

3.6.4.2 Constraints (Line 1664, Type System Reference). What if the
      URI is not a URL - does not refer to an actual location? Agree
      that it is left up to the implementation to decide what to do in
      this case.

3.6.2.3 Type System Reference. Corresponding changes in the text and
      in Figure 26; re processing element metadata, make it an option to
      return the type system embedded as XML instead of as a URI
      reference. Thomas will re-do the wording, Adam will fix the
      figure.

3.4 Abstract Interfaces. UML diagram in Figure 18 and accompanying
  text will be updated to make consistent with WSDL section.
